ARCHPOT warrants its products, when purchased new, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for 3 Years Residential / 2 Year Commercial from the original date of purchase. Replacement or repair at the option of ARCHPOT of defective parts shall be the sole remedy of this warranty. This warranty applies to ARCHPOT products only and does not cover labor costs of removal, re-installation, inspection or shipping. Damage to product caused by installation, modifications, accident, misuse or abuse is not covered under this warranty.

GFRC Planters, Fire Tables, Fire Bowls, Fire Water Bowls, Water Bowls, Furniture and Recycle Containers.

ARCHPOT STAINLESS STEEL BURNERS AND STAINLESS STEEL BURNER PLATES
ARCHPOT warrants its products, when purchased new, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for 3 Years Residential / 2 Year Commercial from the original date of purchase. CROSSFIRE BRASS BURNERS

Warming Trends warrants that each Warming Trends® Crossfire® and other jetted-flame-brass burners sold through Warming Trends’ distribution network (each as “Burner”) is free from defects in materials and workmanship and conforms to its specifications. We offer a lifetime, full warranty for our Burners, regardless of ownership, beginning on the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). This warranty is transferable, but we reserve the right to require proof of ownership for any transferred burners including proof that the Burner was not acquired through improper means or unauthorized re-sellers. During the Warranty Period, Warming Trends provides repair and exchange services for the Burners, without charge. If a Burner does not function as warranted during the Warranty Period and, after a reasonable number of attempts, Warming Trends is unable to either 1) make it do so or 2) replace it with one that is at least functionally equivalent, you may return it to Warming Trends and your money will be refunded. The warranty stated above will not apply to the extent that there has been misuse or use contrary to specifications or the appropriate user or operating manual, installation defect, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, operation in other than the specified operating environment (e.g., outdoor burners should only be used outdoors) improper maintenance by you, or failure caused by a product for which Warming Trends is not responsible. With respect to Burners, the warranty is voided by removal or alteration of any identification labels or marks on any Burner or part.

ALL WEATHER ELECTRONIC IGNITION SYSTEM AND SUBEIS

Fire by Design Electronic Ignition Systems (Field Serviceable AWEIS SC, HC, XHC, SUBEIS, BP AWEIS) All Field Serviceable AWEIS and SUBEIS systems are warranted for (1) year from date of purchase for Commercial Applications and (3) years from date of purchase for Residential Applications provided the product has not been modified, abused, misused or improperly installed, maintained or repaired during such period. Fire by Design, at its discretion, will either repair or replace the defective product. If one of the Field Serviceable parts of an AWEIS or SUBEIS fails a replacement part will be provided at no charge to the customer. Labor cost to replace the failed field serviceable is not covered under this warranty. If a part other than a Field Serviceable part fails that part will be replaced or repaired at no charge to the customer.

WEATHER BEATER ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM

Flame-tec warrants the Weather Beater Electronic Control System (WBECS) to be free of manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship when properly installed and operated for residential use for a period of two (2) years from date of installation. If installed in a commercial setting, this warranty period is for one (1) year. Date of installation must be documented, or the date of manufacture. The date of manufacture can be found in the top right corner of the label’s table with a two-digit year followed by a two-digit week shall be considered the warranty commencement date. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any components, that in its sole discretion are considered defective. This warranty covers parts only and does not cover costs of removal, reinstallation, shipping or inspection of said parts. Damage to the WBECS caused by installation error, accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered under this warranty. Any modification to the WBECS or any of its components as supplied by the factory will void the warranty. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Limitations to incidental and consequential damages vary from state to state so some limitations may not apply to you.
